Returns & Exchanges

At Billy Bilsland Cycles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that custom-built bikes and GPS units that have been registered are non-returnable.

  Complete the Form

  Download and fill out our online returns form, indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size or model.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely package your items and send them back via a tracked courier service to our Glasgow shop. For bike returns, please contact us first to arrange specialized collection.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once complete.
